Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage grounds staff
Maintain district grounds, landscaping, athletic fields, and ponds
Oversee mowing, aeration, irrigation, fertilization, and pond treatment
Coordinate and perform snow/ice removal, including after-hours
Operate and maintain grounds and landscape equipment
Assist with AM/PM traffic control
Work effectively with administrators, principals, AD, coaches, and staff
Utilize district work-order and other software
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience managing employees required
Grounds, landscaping, turf, or athletic field experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to perform physical outdoor work, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and after-hours as needed
