Job DetailsWe’re seeking a technically minded Product Manager to help improve our e-commerce platforms and the marketing systems connected to them. This role is ideal for someone who can understand a business challenge, map out a solution, and work alongside developers to bring it to life, while confidently handling website updates and configurations themselves. - Make hands-on Shopify updates, configure functionality, investigate issues, and determine when specialized development support is needed.
- Partner with developers and DevOps on estimates, dependencies, sprint planning, and releases.
- Improve navigation, product discovery, account experiences, and checkout across professional and consumer purchasing journeys.
- Coordinate integrations between Shopify and marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and customer data platforms.
- Help maintain accurate tracking and reliable data flows so teams can measure performance and make informed decisions.
- Lead acceptance testing, document issues, and confirm that changes meet requirements before launch.
- Use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to improve requirements, documentation, testing, and delivery workflows.
What You Bring:

- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria, documenting processes, and managing a prioritized backlog.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and customer data platforms.
- Working knowledge of website QA, user acceptance testing, and modern release practices, including CI/CD.
- Experience applying AI tools to development-related tasks, documentation, or testing.
- Comfort working independently, making practical tradeoffs, and following through on delivery.
- Building or improving partner portals, account-based purchasing, or referral-driven customer journeys.
- Working with Shopify Liquid or collaborating on theme customization.
- Using customer journey mapping and UX principles to clarify requirements and improve usability.
- Delivering Shopify projects within an agency or consulting environment.
