Friendly Chevrolet operates one of the oldest and largest GM parts e-commerce operations in the country. We ship tens of thousands of genuine GM parts coast-to-coast every year—and we're growing fast.
We're looking for a sharp, customer-focused professional to join our on-site team at Friendly Chevrolet in Dallas, Texas and keep up with our fast-moving e-commerce parts operation. Automotive parts experience is preferred, especially GM/Chevrolet, but we're willing to train an exceptional candidate with strong customer service, sales and computer skills.

What you’ll Be Doing
- Customer focused. You make every customer interaction count by providing timely, knowledgeable and professional support before, during and after the sale.
- Sales and quoting. You respond to pre-sale inquiries, prepare accurate quotes and follow up with customers to help turn inquiries into completed orders.
- Parts look up and fitment. You use VIN information, parts catalogs and diagrams to identify the correct parts and verify fitment before orders are shipped.
- Order management. You monitor orders from sale through shipment, proactively identify and resolve issues, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
- Order support and resolution. You assist with returns, core charge refunds, cancellations, and damaged or lost shipments while keeping customers informed throughout the process. As you grow in the role, you'll also gain experience with order fulfillment and shipping.

- Strong written communication. You communicate quickly, clearly and professionally with customers through live chat and email while managing multiple conversations at once.
- Professional phone presence. You communicate clearly and confidently with customers, answer questions and provide helpful, professional experience.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment. You can manage multiple orders and priorities at once while staying organized, accurate and responsive.
- Computer savvy. You're comfortable working across multiple systems, browser tabs, email, live chat, catalogs and order-management platforms throughout the day.
- Takes ownership. You follow through on responsibilities, solve problems proactively and make sure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Bonus points
- GM parts knowledge. Experience with GM/Chevrolet parts catalogs, VIN-based parts lookup and fitment is a major plus.
- Bilingual communication. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Shipping and fulfillment experience. Experience with packing, freight and international shipping, including shipments to Europe and Australia, is a plus.
- Wrench time. Hands-on automotive repair experience is a big plus—you'll understand the installer on the other end of the chat.
