E-commerce Director

Marketplace Director 

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM New York (Eastern), Mon – Fri (5 days)

A growing U.S. door hardware brand is seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketplace Director to take full ownership of our non-Amazon marketplaces and drive profitable sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, Walmart, Tractor Supply, Bed Bath & Beyond, and additional marketplaces.
• Develop and execute marketplace-specific growth strategies.
• Optimize listings, pricing, advertising, SEO, and conversion rates.
• Resolve inactive SKUs, catalog issues, and account performance problems.
• Oversee marketplace operations, integrations, and account health.
• Lead internal team members and ensure accountability.
• Provide weekly reporting, sales targets, and measurable results.
• Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketplace management experience.
• Proven record of growing major U.S. retail marketplace accounts.
• Experience in handling Home Depot, Lowe's, Mirkale, TSC
• Strong knowledge of marketplace advertising, catalog management, and profitability.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical, proactive, independent, and highly execution-focused.
• Experience in home improvement or building materials preferred.
