Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

Signature Performance Tire and Wheel is looking for a highly organized, technically capable E-Commerce Data & Automation Manager to manage the product data, integrations, and automation that power our growing e-commerce business.

This is not simply a product-entry or spreadsheet position.

We are looking for someone who understands how e-commerce systems work together and can take large amounts of product information, organize it, improve it, automate it, and distribute it accurately across multiple sales channels.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Rithum, formerly ChannelAdvisor, along with Shopify, product feeds, large data files, marketplace integrations, pricing rules, inventory feeds, and order automation.

A major focus of this position will be identifying repetitive manual processes and helping us replace them with better systems and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Rithum / ChannelAdvisor Management

  • Serve as a primary administrator for Rithum / ChannelAdvisor

  • Create, organize, import, update, and maintain product catalogs within Rithum

  • Create new products, SKUs, variations, attributes, categories, and product relationships

  • Build and maintain business rules, lookup lists, mappings, expressions, templates, and automated processes

  • Manage product feeds between manufacturers, distributors, Rithum, Shopify, marketplaces, and internal systems

  • Troubleshoot failed imports, rejected listings, missing data, inventory issues, and pricing errors

  • Maintain accurate product information across multiple sales channels

  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing Rithum workflows

Product Data Management

This position will work extensively with large product and inventory files from multiple manufacturers and distributors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Importing and exporting large CSV and Excel files

  • Cleaning and normalizing product data

  • Matching manufacturer part numbers and SKUs

  • Combining information from multiple sources

  • Identifying duplicate products

  • Identifying missing or incorrect product information

  • Performing large-scale product updates

  • Creating repeatable processes for recurring data updates

  • Managing multiple vendor and distributor files simultaneously

  • Maintaining accurate inventory and pricing information

Strong Excel or Google Sheets experience is important.

Candidates should be comfortable with:

  • XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP

  • INDEX / MATCH

  • Pivot tables

  • Conditional formulas

  • Text manipulation

  • Data validation

  • CSV imports and exports

  • Large datasets

API & Order Automation

A major responsibility of this position will be helping Signature Performance continue to automate its order-processing systems.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Working with REST APIs and third-party integrations

  • Connecting vendors and distributors to our e-commerce systems

  • Connecting Rithum, Shopify, marketplaces, and other business systems

  • Setting up and maintaining automated order workflows

  • Automating order imports and routing

  • Automating purchase order processes where possible

  • Automating order acknowledgments

  • Automating inventory updates

  • Automating fulfillment and tracking updates

  • Troubleshooting failed integrations

  • Reviewing API documentation

  • Testing API connections

  • Working with JSON, XML, webhooks, authentication, FTP/SFTP, and data feeds

  • Working with internal or outside developers when more advanced development is required

The successful candidate does not necessarily need to be a full-time software developer, but they should understand how APIs work and be comfortable connecting systems, troubleshooting integrations, and using modern tools to help build automation.

Shopify Management

  • Create and maintain product listings in Shopify

  • Perform bulk product imports and updates

  • Manage product titles, descriptions, images, variants, tags, metafields, and collections

  • Create and organize product collections

  • Maintain accurate pricing and inventory

  • Ensure Shopify information remains synchronized with Rithum and other systems

  • Assist with new product launches

  • Perform large catalog updates

  • Identify opportunities to improve Shopify product organization

Sales & Promotions

  • Create and implement promotional pricing

  • Manage sale pricing across large groups of products

  • Schedule promotional campaigns

  • Update pricing files

  • Ensure promotional pricing is properly removed or changed when promotions end

  • Implement pricing rules based on manufacturer, category, product, margin, inventory, or other criteria

  • Coordinate promotional updates across Rithum, Shopify, and connected marketplaces

  • Audit pricing for errors and inconsistencies

Marketplace & System Integration

Work with systems that may include:

  • Rithum / ChannelAdvisor

  • Shopify

  • Amazon

  • eBay

  • Walmart

  • Manufacturer and distributor inventory feeds

  • Shipping and fulfillment systems

  • Order management systems

  • Internal business software

  • APIs and third-party applications

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and data files simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a major plus:

  • REST APIs

  • API integrations

  • JSON

  • XML

  • Webhooks

  • OAuth or API authentication

  • FTP / SFTP feeds

  • Amazon Seller Central

  • eBay Seller Hub

  • AI-assisted development and automation tools

  • Automotive aftermarket product data

  • Automotive fitment data

  • Wheels, tires, suspension, or automotive accessories

What We're Looking For

We want someone who sees a repetitive process and immediately starts thinking:

“How can we make this faster, more accurate, and more automated?”

The right person will be organized, technically curious, detail-oriented, and persistent.

If a product feed breaks, inventory stops updating, a pricing rule is incorrect, or two systems aren't communicating properly, we want someone who enjoys digging into the problem and figuring out what needs to be fixed.

This person should also be comfortable taking ownership of projects rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Our goal is to continue reducing manual work throughout the company through better data management, integrations, APIs, and automation.

Compensation

$65,000–$75,000 per year

Compensation will be based on experience with Rithum / ChannelAdvisor, Shopify, product-data management, APIs, and e-commerce automation.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the systems behind a growing automotive e-commerce operation and have a direct impact on how efficiently the company operates.
