    Description

    About Tmat

Tmat is one of the fastest-growing brands in the truck accessory industry. Our patented, Made-in-America modular organization system won a 2025 SEMA New Products Award, and our content has generated over 350 million organic views this year alone. We sell direct through Tmat.com and Amazon, backed by a growing international content creator and dealer network spanning Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Americas.

We're a small, fast crew that out-executes bigger, slower competitors in our industry every single day. If you'd rather be a pirate than join the navy, keep reading.

    About the Role

You will own the system that turns Tmat's traffic into revenue: our Shopify storefront, our Amazon channel, and the customer funnel that connects them. This is the senior e-commerce seat at Tmat. You own the architecture - themes, templates, page structure, and the A/B testing roadmap - and you own the results that come from it.

Important context: we have a working conversion system, refined through years of A/B testing, and it is one of the most valuable assets in the company. Our organic content drives over 325,000 sessions to Tmat.com every month - traffic most brands our size pay dearly for, and enough volume to run meaningful A/B tests in days, not months. Every tenth of a point of conversion you win is real money. Your job is to learn the system, protect it, and then make it measurably better. Structural changes to revenue-critical pages run through a documented propose-test-approve process with leadership, and the autonomy you carry grows with the wins you put on the board. If you want a sandbox on day one, this isn't it. If you want to run a revenue engine and be judged on results, keep reading.

    What You'll Own

    • Conversion system and funnel - Themes, templates, page architecture, site speed, and the path from first click to checkout on Tmat.com.
    • A/B testing roadmap - Own the testing calendar end to end: hypothesis, build, run, read, roll out. You decide what gets tested next and defend it with data.
    • Channel strategy and performance - Own the numbers on Shopify and Amazon: conversion, average order value, traffic quality, and channel growth plans. The scoreboard is yours.
    • Amazon channel - Listings strategy, A+ Content, Brand Registry, review strategy, catalog health, and expansion into new marketplaces.
    • Product content and merchandising - Listings, images, copy, specs, and catalog data across both channels - hands-on or by directing merchandising support.
    • New product launches - Complete, coordinated launches: pages, funnels, pricing readiness, and post-launch optimization.
    • Cross-team coordination - Sync with content, social, and email so campaigns, pages, and promotions fire together.
