We are currently on the hunt for a dynamic and highly motivated Consulting E-Billing Specialist to join our esteemed legal firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in e-billing and invoicing, who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of electronic billing processes within the firm, ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines and policies.
2. Coordinate with various departments and attorneys to gather and verify billing information.
3. Review and edit pre-bills in response to attorney and secretary requests.
4. Utilize e-billing software to submit invoices to clients and track the status of outstanding invoices.
5. Resolve any e-billing issues promptly and professionally, liaising with clients and attorneys as necessary.
6. Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all invoices.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of new e-billing systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Train and guide staff on e-billing procedures and software.
9. Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in e-billing and incorporate relevant ones into our operations.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-billing, invoicing, or a similar role, preferably within the legal industry.
2. Proficient in using e-billing software and other relevant computer applications.
3. Strong knowledge of billing procedures, particularly within the legal industry.
4. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve e-billing issues swiftly and effectively.
7. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
8. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
9. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
