Job Description:
- Experience and deep knowledge in various modules and features of Dynatrace on-prem and SAAS variations
- Ability to analyze existing configurations and recommend & implement optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with application SME to onboard applications to Dynatrace
- Integration of Dynatrace with other ITSM and AI Ops tools (ServiceNow, PagerDuty)
- Understanding of on-prem and AWS Infra/application components to Integrate and execute automations.
