Technical/Functional Skills " Excellent Communication &presentation skills
" Experience of end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, application developments and support
" Worked on large CRM transformation from discovery to design to go-live.
" Worked closely with customer teams on qualifying requirements, working with Dev teams on sprint completions and ensuring QA
" Deep eateries in Dynamics CRM functional area on Sales/Services domains.
" Knowledge and Skills in the D365 Customer Insights services.
" Worked on detailed gap analysis and requirement and worked in Client Dynamics CRM Online. Involved in various project activities like
o Discovery, process mapping and CRP/design/Demo lead workshops with business stakeholders
o Requirement Gathering
o Gap Fit Analysis
" Should have a good understanding of Core CRM Processes, Copilot capabilities in M365/D365
" D365 CRM security model, product roadmap & certification (preferable)
Roles & Responsibilities " Lead Business Analyst for CRM Transformation
" Create functional specifications by interacting with client stakeholders
" Able to work in agile delivery model
