Role Name: Dynamics 365 Technology Manager
Work site: Chicago, US (Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months

Dynamics 365 Technology Manager
Person is expected to drive a large program as a Tech PM with below skills:
1) Contact Center Program Experience
2) Large CCaaS contact Center implementation experience is required involving IVR, CTI, Chat, Integration
3) Experience of deployment of Dynamics 365 in complex environment and global multi-geo rollout.
4) Understand of key Dynamics 365 requirement and capability, and ablity to identify risk with the program
5) Good interfacing skills with third-party like Microsoft and other vendors.
6) Experience with Avaya, Genesys or related legacy CTI platform is nice to have
7) Should have executed on full end to end D365 Contact Center project
