Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer position open with an established healthcare organization supporting hospitals and healthcare providers to design, develop, and integrate custom business applications. This is a hands-on role working with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Dataverse, SQL Server, APIs, and cloud technologies to deliver solutions across enterprise systems.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative technical team and work on meaningful enterprise applications and integrations while remaining fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
- Work with Dataverse, Power Automate, workflows, forms, views, plugins, and JavaScript
- Design and implement integrations between CRM, databases, APIs, and third-party systems
- Develop solutions using C#/.NET and SQL Server
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and application designs
- Troubleshoot complex application, CRM, database, and integration issues
- Participate in code and solution reviews and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in application development, CRM development, systems integration, or solutions engineering
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Dataverse and Power Automate
- Experience developing APIs and system integrations
- Working knowledge of C#/.NET and SQL Server
- Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Preferred
Experience with Power Platform ALM, Azure integration services, Dynamics 365 security, automated deployments, or healthcare/regulated environments.
