EPAM is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications practice and is looking for professionals with expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. You will work with globally distributed teams to deliver business-critical solutions for enterprise customers while helping organizations accelerate AI adoption and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
Lead development streams for Dynamics 365 CE solutions
Drive technical design decisions and implementation approaches
Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers
Design integrations, APIs, plugins, and Azure-based extensions
Build AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio and custom agents
Establish engineering best practices and quality standards
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants
Support technical estimations and solution planning
Requirements
5+ years of Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform engineering experience
Advanced C#/.NET expertise
JavaScript/TypeScript skills for Model-Driven Apps
Experience with Dataverse, plugins, integrations, and Azure Functions
Technical leadership and mentoring experience
Knowledge of Agile engineering practices
English B2+
Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
Ability to identify AI-enabled business opportunities
Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts
Understanding of Responsible AI principles
Experience with AI-powered productivity or development tools
Experience designing, configuring, or developing AI agents is a plus
Nice to have
Power BI experience
Dynamics 365 ERP familiarity
Industry experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing
