The Borough Manager is a hands-on municipal leadership position responsible for the day-to-day administration of Borough government and coordination of municipal operations. The Borough Manager is a hands-on municipal leadership position responsible for the day-to-day administration of Borough government and coordination of municipal operations.

Manager Responsibilities

• Municipal administration with Council support
• Budgeting and financial oversight
• Personnel and department coordination
• Public Works and infrastructure coordination
• Code enforcement ordinances and municipal compliance
• Stormwater, flooding and hazard mitigation coordination
• Grant development and administration
• Capital projects and procurement
• Resident, business and intergovernmental relations
• Community and economic development

Required Experience:

Minimum/Preferred Qualifications

Progressively responsible administrative or management experience (5 years preferred).

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Pennsylvania municipal experience, budgeting, grants, personnel administration, and capital-project experience are strongly preferred.
