What you'll own:

• Lead, coach, and develop your team - hiring, onboarding, training, and performance
• Build a guest-focused culture and act on customer feedback
• Hit sales, labor, and cost targets to drive profitability
• Build the weekly schedule and keep every shift staffed for the rush
• Run inventory, vendor orders, daily cash management and deposits
• Execute new product rollouts - training, marketing, and sampling
• Keep the store safe, clean, and compliant with all food-safety and legal standards
• Step in on any station when the shift needs you

What we're looking for:

• Restaurant, retail, or food-service management experience
• Someone who leads by example and motivates a team
• Business sense - comfortable reading sales, labor, and cost numbers
• Strong problem-solving and time management

Requirements:

Required Education, Experience & Licensure

• Must possess a valid State of Maine Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic math and financial management
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
• College Degree preferred

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Must be able to perform duties while standing for extended periods of time Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Wearing a headset
• Working in a small space
