Starting from 16.00 - 24.00 dollars an hour

As a Dunkin' Store Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Dunkin' location. Your role involves managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the overall success and profitability of the store. Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Dunkin' crew members.

• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Schedule and manage staffing levels to meet operational needs.

Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the appropriate departments to ensure product availability.

• Implement and enforce Dunkin' operational standards and policies.

Financial Management:

• Manage financial aspects of the store, including sales, expenses, and profitability.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Implement cost-control measures to optimize financial performance.

Quality and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

• Monitor product quality and consistency, addressing any issues promptly.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of Dunkin' operational procedures and standards.

• Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
