    RESPONSIBLE TO: Director

    RESPONSIBLE FOR: Directing the clinical operations of the DUI Evaluation Unit of Kane County Court Services under the authority of the Director, in full compliance with 77 Illinois Administrative Code, Part 2060, and ensuring all evaluations, staff, policies, and procedures meet regulatory and quality standards.

    DUTIES INCLUDE: Supervising DUI Evaluators and administrative support staff; providing monthly clinical supervision and utilization management review; conducting DUI evaluation interviews as needed; managing unit staffing, workload, and scheduling; developing, implementing, and maintaining unit policies and procedures; coordinating with DHS/SUPR on licensure compliance; completing staff performance appraisals; conducting staff meetings; and maintaining liaison with the Court and allied public safety and community agencies.

    MINIMUM

    QUALIFICATIONS: Master"s Degree in management, public administration, criminal justice, or social services and one or more year"s employment conducting DUI Risk Evaluations; or Bachelor"s degree and two or more year"s employment conducting DUI Risk Evaluations. Applicant must also hold one of the following professional credentials, per 77 Illinois Administrative Code 2060.320: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Licensed Psychologist, or licensed Physician.
