Dudley Ventures IT Associate

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Onsite troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support for business-critical software platforms, including Great Plains (our accounting software) and other operational systems.
• Assisting with the implementation, testing, and ongoing support of IT initiatives and technology projects that improve business efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Equipment setup, deployment, and lifecycle maintenance for laptops, monitors, and other technology assets.
• Providing timely onsite technical support for Phoenix-based staff, including issue diagnosis, resolution, and end-user training.
• Supporting user account administration, access management, and coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Partnering with departments across the organization to identify technology needs and implement practical solutions that support business objectives.
• Assisting with office technology infrastructure, including conference room equipment, printers, network connectivity, and telecommunications systems.
• Coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers.
