Duct Cleaner/HVAC Helper

We are currently seeking a Duct Cleaner / HVAC Helper to join our team. This is a hands-on, entry-to-mid-level role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and is interested in growing within the HVAC industry. You’ll play a key role in improving indoor air quality for homeowners while supporting our HVAC technicians in the field.

• Perform residential air duct cleaning services, including supply and return ductwork

• Clean HVAC components such as blower compartments, vents, and registers

• Set up, operate, and break down duct cleaning equipment safely and efficiently

• Assist HVAC technicians with installs, maintenance, and service calls as needed

• Protect customers’ homes by using drop cloths and maintaining a clean work area

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions

• Follow safety procedures, company standards, and best practices at all times

• Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and care in every home

• Prior duct cleaning, HVAC helper, construction, or trade experience is a plus (not required)

• Interest in learning HVAC systems and growing into a skilled trade role

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with tools and equipment

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
