As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you’ll be part of the leadership team that safeguards the games, supports Team Members, and creates a welcoming and exciting environment for every guest.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Oversee table games operations, ensuring accuracy, game protection, and compliance with regulations.

    • Safeguard company assets and enforce internal controls.

    • Provide excellent guest service by answering questions, resolving disputes, and assisting with requests.

    • Supervise and coach dealers to maintain service standards, game pace, and consistency.

    • Monitor player actions and accurately track buy-ins, length of play, wins/losses, and average bet.

    • Review and issue playing cards and dice, verifying quality and security.

    • Manage guest flow and recommend adjustments to open tables when needed.

    • Support Players Club promotions and guest engagement.

    • Assist with the safety and security of guests and Team Members.

    • Maintain table inventories and oversee fills and credits.

    • Stay current on all marketing promotions and events.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong knowledge of table games, with prior dealing experience required.

    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    • Ability to perform intermediate math and maintain accurate records.

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

    • Ability to work in fast-paced, noisy, or smoky environments.

    • Must be at least 21 years of age.

    • Must be able to obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License.

    Schedule & Pay:

    • Part-time position.

    • Grave Shift, may include weekends and holidays.

    • $23/hour, based on experience.
