We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative with proven B2B experience to expand customer relationships, develop new accounts, and represent both product lines nationwide.


The Position

• Drive business growth by selling dry-erase solutions, overlay films, laminates, and specialty wallcoverings to education, healthcare, corporate, manufacturing, and Division 10 contractor markets.
• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts through targeted outreach, cold calling, networking, and industry referrals.
• Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations to understand technical requirements and present tailored product solutions across both brands.
• Travel overnight as needed to conduct regional client visits, represent both companies at national trade shows, and attend industry events.
• Prepare accurate quotes, submit proposals, manage the full sales pipeline, and close new business deals.
• Track outreach activity, maintain detailed customer records in CRM software, and contribute to accurate sales projections.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years of successful B2B sales or account management experience (experience in manufacturing, industrial surface overlays/films, or commercial building materials is a plus).
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel overnight for customer site visits and trade shows.
• Strong track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in competitive market segments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Sage, or ACT!).
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of Warminster, PA.
