The Team: The DTC Lead is part of the Mattel San Bernardino Distribution Center Management team. This position requires you to be flexible to work both 1st and 2nd shift.
The Opportunity: The DTC Lead is responsible for coordinating and assigning work across operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehouse departments. This role also involves following up with team members to make sure all tasks are completed on time and correctly.

The base hourly rate for this position is between $25.00 and $28.00
This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
