About the Role:
As a DSP Supervisor at KAMOR CARE SERVICES LLC, you will play a crucial role in leading our dedicated team to provide exceptional care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in daily operations and client care.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and families.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss client progress and address any concerns.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of DSP staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
  • Promote a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the human services field.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of developmental disabilities and person-centered care practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with care management software.
