Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), or Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our dedicated team!
In this role, you’ll work closely with individuals to support their daily needs and help them thrive in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
Schedule:Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMKey Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on care and supervision to individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping.
- Support individuals in developing positive habits, behavior management, and achieving service plan goals.
- Transport individuals to and from appointments, training, and community outings.
- Observe and report behavioral, physical, or medical changes.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
- Encourage participation in exercises, hobbies, and community-based activities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or official transcript.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Active car insurance.
- A compassionate heart and a commitment to helping others live their best lives.
