At Picerne Real Estate Group we believe a property should contribute to the fabric of the community in which it is built. Todays apartments should be seen not as temporary dwellings, but as contemporary homes. Comfortable, stylish homes where residents enjoy even more lifestyle advantages than they might through home ownership. Apartment living should offer on site social and recreational facilities and convenient, desirable locations, all at competitive rental rates.
You may be wondering why we are so concerned about the quality of life in our projects. The answer is simple. Picerne Real Estate Group has been building and managing luxury properties on a continuing basis since 1925. We maintain a share in the equity, so pride of ownership is very important to us. We live in the area, so we care about the kind of communities we are building. We evaluate and enhance each development as if it was our own private home. That is why you will find around the clock service and beautifully kept grounds. Our dedicated, professional staff continually strives to provide a well-designed, well-managed luxury apartment community through hard work, commitment and ongoing, advanced training.
At Picerne, we make each property a place we are proud to own. A place you will be proud to call home.
