6:00AM-9:00PM (Hours will vary) 
5-6 days/week 
Pay: $18.00/hr. + Weekly Pay

Join our harvest team as a Dryer Fill Operator! Safely fill and inspect dryer bins, monitor seed levels, and communicate with dryer operators to ensure quality production. This hands-on role requires operating equipment, working in elevated areas, and performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties: 

• Fill dryer bins with seed
• Open bin doors on roof
• Inspect dryer bins
• Fill bin to specific depths, evenly 
• Fill out bin cards and accurately communicate data to dryer operators
• Work in elevated areas 

Requirements:

• Operate/use equipment, machines, and/or tools
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs 
• Manually lifting, pushing, pulling bin doors
• Manually go up and down stairs 
• Work in elevated areas
