Grassland Dairy Products is looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Dryer Equipment Operator to join our production team. In this key role, you’ll help transform fresh dairy liquids—like milk and whey—into high-quality powdered products used across the globe. What You’ll Do: - Operate and monitor state-of-the-art drying equipment in our fluid department
- Ensure efficient, safe, and consistent drying processes for dairy products
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain peak performance
- Work closely with quality assurance to meet product specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Keep accurate logs and documentation throughout the production process
What We’re Looking For: - Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience in food processing or manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment

Compensation: Compensation for this position ranges from $20.00/hr to $31.12/hr, plus a $1.00/hr shift differential.
