Position Details:

• Payrate: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour DOE
• Schedule: 5 days per week with 40 hours a week (Days scheduled will vary per week)
• Shift: 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Position Responsibilities:

• Processing customer claims
• Processing warehouse damages
• SOX compliancy
• Counting of inventory
• Returning products to live inventory
• Locating product to the appropriate bin locations
• Working alongside internal and external sales reps, Purchasing, Accounting, and Client Care
• Monthly Dryroom Inventory Count
• Maintaining a AIB compliant work area
• Any other duties assigned by a supervisor.
• Assist with driver check-in as they arrive.

Skills & Experiences:

• Applicant must possess excellent math and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to work in the Freezer / Cooler
• Able to consistently lift 30lbs
• Organizational skills and customer-first focus
• Pallet Jack and Reach Truck operations are required along with RF and DCMS applications
• ACCOUNTABILITY IS A MUST!

Physical Demands &Working Conditions:

• Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and position: up to 10 lbs. regularly, up to 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Physical ability to handle objects, tools, and/or controls.
• Physical ability to stand for a significant period of time and walk continuously.
• Physical ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, or crawl.
• May require the ability to operate and/or be certified on various powered equipment.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment which will expose the incumbent to a variety of noise and potential extremes in temperature.
