JOB SUMMARY

The Drug Testing & Occupational Health (DTOH) Specialist plays a critical role in coordinating with third-party laboratories and clinics nationwide to obtain and process drug screening, physical exam, and other occupational health results. This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up with laboratories and clinics to obtain drug screening, physical exam, and related test results

• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls with external partners and internal teams

• Enter, review, and finalize drug test results and occupational health reports within the electronic tracking system

• Ensure accurate data entry and verification of all test information

• Apply analytical and investigative thinking to gather, confirm, and document results

• Perform other duties as assigned.
