Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products for individual customer orders.
- Operate an RF handheld scanner to locate, confirm, and track inventory.
- Verify SKUs, quantities, and tote numbers throughout the picking process.
- Ensure the correct items and quantities are selected for each order.
- Place picked products into the appropriate tote for order fulfillment.
- Follow scanner prompts and warehouse picking procedures.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy while handling multiple orders.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or product issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to operate an RF handheld scanner or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to verify quantities, SKUs, and tote numbers consistently.
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and electronic instructions.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Ability to stand and move continuously during the workday.
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and lifting.
