    The role

    Install, maintain, and repair drones and their docking and charging stations at customer sites.

    What you will do

    • Diagnose faults in drones, docks, and charging systems.
    • Repair or replace propellers, motors, electronic speed controllers, batteries, gimbals, and cameras.
    • Update firmware and calibrate equipment.
    • Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections.
    • Follow lithium battery procedures for storage, charging, transport, and disposal.
    • Record faults, repairs, replacement parts, and follow-up work.
    • Keep spare parts available and report recurring problems.
    • Explain repairs and next steps to customers.

    What we are looking for

    • Experience with electronics repair, RC or FPV drone building, avionics, low-voltage systems, or similar hands-on work.
    • Patience with small parts and precise repairs.
    • A methodical approach to finding faults.
    • Accurate records and clear communication.
    • Comfort working independently at customer sites.
    • Availability to drive, work outdoors, and travel overnight occasionally.

    Training

    You will complete an online course through our Service Robot Co. Academy, followed by in-person training and the industry certifications needed for this role. Training and certifications are free for selected candidates. Your first job is paid, with a specialist supporting you remotely.
