Drivers Non CDL

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team to transport food products across Long Island. The ideal candidate will have prior delivery experience, a strong work ethic, and a customer-focused attitude. Youll be responsible for timely, accurate deliveries to local restaurants, stores, or other food service providers, ensuring that goods are handled with care and transported safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload food items (boxed, palletized, or packaged) into delivery vehicle

• Deliver products to clients across Long Island in a timely and professional manner

• Operate company vehicle safely and comply with all traffic laws

• Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status

• Follow food safety and handling protocols during transport

• Assist in basic warehouse duties when not on delivery (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Valid NY State drivers license (Non-CDL required)

• At least 1 year of delivery driving experience (preferred: food or perishable items)

• Clean driving record

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Familiarity with Long Island roads and neighborhoods

• Excellent time management and customer service skills

• Ability to use mobile GPS or routing apps

• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with refrigerated or food-grade vehicles

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• DOT medical card (optional but beneficial)
