We are currently recruiting Porters / Driver's Mates to join our client based in Rochester, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time permanent position after a successful 12-week period, with excellent benefits and career progression.
What You'll Get
£13.75 per hour
Guaranteed 48-hour working week (9-10 hour shifts)
Monday to Friday only - no weekends!
Bank Holidays OFF - but still paid
Fully paid induction (2-3 days)

Role Responsibilities
Assisting drivers with the delivery of flat-packed kitchens to homes and construction sites
Handling heavy lifting - physically demanding role
Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
Ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently
Working as part of a team to complete daily delivery routes
What We're Looking For
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
Ability to start early (between 4am - 6am)
Own transport is essential due to early start times
Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing

Please note: Drug testing is carried out at induction and randomly once permanent.
Testing is conducted via a saliva-based test, which can detect substance use over a longer period (including previous weeks/months) rather than just recent use.
