DRIVERS HELPERS AM /PM SHIFTS MUST LIVE IN BROOKLYN AND QUEENS

We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Driver Helpers for AM and PM shifts. In this role, you will assist drivers with the efficient loading, unloading, and setting up events. This position is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work and have a keen eye for detail.

Role:  Driver helper
Pay Rate: $17.00
Location: Long Island City, Queens
Hours:  Must be flexible to work any shift including weekends 

Warehouse facility is located in Long Island City, Queens - only a 5-minute walk from the Vernon Blvd./Jackson Avenue subway station (7 train).

Pay:$17.00/hr. Plus OT

Shifts: Various shifts; must be flexible days, evenings and weekends are a must! Excellent hours and great place and managers!

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks with packages and goods.
• Ensure all items are securely packed and properly handled to prevent damage during transit.
• Help navigate routes and provide support to drivers during deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, both in the truck and at the warehouse.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients at delivery sites.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy packages.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
