What You’ll Do as a Driver Talent Coordinator:
Driver Recruitment
Develop and execute strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
Achieve hiring and onboarding targets through proactive outreach
Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and community involvement
Promote driving opportunities through local events and recruiting initiatives
Onboarding & Candidate Experience
Serve as the main point of contact throughout the hiring process
Lead onboarding sessions and orientation for Independent Contractors (ICs)
Guide new drivers from application to onboarding and vehicle placement
Create a welcoming, professional, and engaging onboarding experience
Driver Engagement & Retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with active drivers
Provide ongoing support to enhance driver satisfaction and retention
Address concerns and connect drivers with appropriate operational resources
Partner with operations and leadership to strengthen engagement initiatives
Reporting & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records of recruiting, onboarding, and retention activities
Track hiring progress, onboarding milestones, and retention metrics
Provide regular updates and insights to leadership
Support additional workforce and operational projects as needed

Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
