Driver Support Coordinator

Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 4:00 AM-2:00 PM, then Sunday-Tuesday (Flexible Schedule)

Pay Range: $20-$23 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Driver Support Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in helping our drivers stay safe, productive, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support drivers during weekends and off-hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide routing and fuel guidance while promoting safe driving practices.
• Coordinate resources, including drivers, tractors, and trailers, to address immediate operational needs.
• Resolve driver concerns and operational challenges within established guidelines.
• Monitor load progress and help ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for drivers when assistance is needed most.

• Previous experience in transportation, operations, dispatch, logistics, customer service, or a driving-related role.

• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting drivers and operations.
