This position identifies and hires qualified drivers to support our recruiting goals and business growth. This role makes a significant impact to the organization, while working in a collaborative and open culture. Compensation is base salary with opportunity to earn uncapped monthly commission/additional incentive, the typical incentive ranges from $10K-$30K annually. Onsite position at the corporate office in DePere, Wisconsin.
Specific Responsibilities of a Driver Recruiter:
- Provide candidates with detailed information about the Company's open positions and job expectations.
- Accountable for meeting key metrics within the recruiting area to include meeting call targets, converting applicants to employees, and establishing a pipeline for future demands.
- Understand the recruiting needs and demands of PTIs internal customers.
- Responsible for understanding our operations, to attract drivers for current and future openings.
- Create meaningful relationships with potential candidates and align the Company's needs with the driver's needs.
- Have persistence and a sense of urgency to continue to meet and exceed goals
- Travel to CDL truck driving schools, career fairs, and industry events to actively recruit, interview, and engage prospective driver candidates.

- Data Analysis- Using data and analysis to driver performance by making informed decisions.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of an Associates degree in Business or a related field required
- Two years of experience in sales or recruiting preferred
- One or more years transportation experience preferred
