The Line Haul Driver handles the accurate and timely pickup of backhauls. They drive 4- or 5-day routes between McLane distribution centers.

• Pay Rate: Line Haul Drivers make average $65,000 per year.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Operate a tractor trailer to convey products between McLane distribution centers -- bump the dock or drop & hook trailers.
• Inspect your vehicle for defects pre- and post-trip and submit inspection report.
• Maintain driver log (manual or PeopleNet) according to DOT regulations.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.
• Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
