Driver Helper

We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Driver Helper to join our growing New York Team! We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly - sometimes beyond our own expectations. Responsibilities Load airline catering equipment, meals, and supplies into catering vehicles and assist drivers throughout the loading process. Complete final flight checks to ensure all required items are present and flights are catered accurately. Add missing items and ice as needed and notify the Flight Assembly team of missing carts, canisters, or bulk-loaded items. Assist drivers with loading, unloading, pickup, and delivery of goods and materials. Support the loading and unloading of aircraft according to airline and DO & CO procedures, regulations, and specifications. Assist with required vehicle fueling and pre- and post-operation checks. Immediately report vehicle damage, mechanical concerns, or other irregularities to Dispatch. Comply with all airport, airline, company, and applicable regulatory requirements. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations outlined in the Food Safety Management System handbook. Report food safety concerns or system issues to management and the Hygiene and Food Safety team. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Valid driver's license required. Proactive, dependable, and well-organized. Comfortable managing a substantial workload in a fast-paced environment. Works effectively both independently and as part of a team. Capable of completing assigned tasks efficiently while meeting strict deadlines. Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and move products, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 75 pounds. Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods and in environments with varying temperatures. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must successfully complete the mandatory airport security-clearance process for the assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR § 1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge, such as a SIDA, AOA, or equivalent badge, in accordance with local airport authority regulations.
