TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Raleigh is hiring Drivers / Crew Leaders starting at $21 - $23/hour (depending on experience) + tips.
We are looking for reliable, team-oriented individuals who can safely operate a 26-foot box truck, lead a crew, and deliver excellent customer service. Due to the fast-approaching busy season, we are prioritizing candidates with box truck or delivery driving experience who can step in and make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck
- Lead or assist a moving crew on residential and commercial jobs
- Provide excellent customer service from start to finish
- Perform walkthroughs and communicate clearly with customers
- Load, unload, pack, and protect customer belongings
- Complete paperwork, contracts, and payments accurately
- Maintain truck cleanliness and report any issues
- Represent the brand professionally on every job
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record (required for insurance eligibility)
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs and perform physical work daily
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Comfortable working long days during busy season
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience (Highly Valued)
- 26-foot box truck driving experience
- Moving company experience
- Furniture or appliance delivery
- Warehouse + delivery hybrid roles
- Crew lead or team leadership experience
Important:
This is not a van delivery position. Candidates with box truck or similar driving experience will be prioritized due to limited training availability during peak season.
