We're hiring drivers who can also lift, move, and grow into leadership roles. This is full-time, hands-on work, but you won't be on your own—you'll be part of a team that celebrates wins, supports each other, and rewards effort.

What You'll Be Doing
- Driving or assisting on 26' box truck moves
- Leading a crew and coordinating move logistics
- Lifting, loading, wrapping, and protecting customer belongings
- Navigating stairs, tight spaces, and other physically demanding tasks
- Keeping trucks clean, organized, and ready to roll
- Following DOT & FMCSA regulations
Who We're Looking For – Drivers / Crew Leads
- 2+ years driving experience with 26' box trucks (U-Haul size) preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Clean 5-year MVR (no major violations)
- Able to lift 100+ lbs, handle stairs, and stay active all day
- Reliable, respectful, team-minded, and motivated to grow
- Start at 7:30 AM sharp; weekend availability
Not a driver? No worries — if you're tough, reliable, and can move heavy stuff all day, we want you!
Bonus experience: moving, warehouse, delivery, or logistics
