Adhere to Delta Tree Holdings Inc. policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as DOT regulations. Operate and drive various equipment such as bucket trucks, split dumps, flatbeds, and loaders. Haul heavy equipment, including Jarraffs, skid steers, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, mowers, and stump grinders, transporting them to and from multi-state job locations. Assist tree climbers by dragging brush and wood to the truck, feeding brush into the woodchipper, and cleaning up debris. Work around hazardous equipment and maintain trucks, chippers, and other equipment in accordance with DOT specifications. Follow dispatching processes and federal regulations, perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and maintain all required DOT documents, including driver logs and time records.
