Position Summary
Domino's Pizza is immediately hiring full-time and part-time Delivery Drivers. As a Delivery Driver, you are the face of Domino’s to our customers. When you're not on the road delivering hot, fresh food safely and promptly, you’ll be in-store collaborating with the crew, preparing orders, and keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
• Product Delivery: Safely and efficiently transport pizza and food orders to residential and commercial customers.
• Customer Experience: Greet customers warmly, deliver orders with a positive attitude, collect payments, and ensure exceptional service.
• Order Accuracy & Packaging: Verify order contents, ensure correct packaging and temperature standards, and handle orders with care.
• In-Store Support: Assist the store team during downtime by answering phones, taking customer orders, assembling boxes, and helping prep food to company standards.
• Store & Vehicle Care: Keep delivery vehicles clean, conduct pre-trip safety checks, and help maintain store cleanliness and sanitation.
• Local Marketing: Assist with distributing menu flyers/hangers along designated delivery routes when needed.
Qualifications & Driving Requirements
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 1–2 years of licensed driving history (including permit period depending on store policy).
• Driving Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) meeting company driving safety and compliance guidelines.
• Vehicle & Insurance: Reliable personal vehicle and proof of valid auto insurance (or eligibility to operate store-provided delivery fleet where applicable).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, drive, and stand for extended periods, and comfortably lift up to 20–25 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Navigation: Ability to safely navigate congested traffic, varied weather conditions, and close-quarter parking areas.
Typical Shifts & Availability
Flexible scheduling is available across day and evening operations:
• Opening Shifts: Typically 9:00 AM / 10:00 AM until the mid-afternoon or dinner rush (around 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM).
• Dinner Rush Shifts: Typically 4:00 PM / 5:00 PM until the dinner rush concludes (around 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
