Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage drive-thru operations to safeguard financial success and customer satisfaction
• Ensure all team members understand procedures, expectations, and goals
• Conduct team huddles to communicate goals and boost morale
• Maintain cleanliness of window, register area, headset area, iPOS, and iPads
• Control food, labor, and paper costs effectively
• Ensure safety and security standards are upheld
• Drive sales growth by increasing cars served per hour
• Work flexible hours including mornings and evenings

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
• Food handler's license required
• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
• Physical ability to lift 40-60 pounds regularly
• Servant leader passionate about people and world-class service
• Ability to manage change and motivate a team
