Tools provided
Diagnose and repair drivability concerns, engine performance issues, and complex electrical systems.
Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate with service advisors and parts team to ensure seamless workflow.
Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders.
Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay current with manufacturer bulletins and technical training.
Mentor apprentice technicians when assigned.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Follow all OSHA, EPA, and dealership safety policies.
Proven technician experience (Ford or domestic brand experience preferred).
Strong diagnostic and drivability expertise.
FORD certifications (or willingness to obtain, reimbursement provided).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
