Lako Drilling, Inc. is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Drilling & Heavy Equipment Crew Members. We’re looking for both experienced equipment operators and entry-level laborers who want to build a long-term career in the drilling industry.
If you enjoy hands-on, outdoor work and want to learn valuable skills operating heavy equipment, we provide training and opportunities to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with and perform water well drilling operations
- Operate or learn to operate equipment such as:
- Drill rigs
- Horizontal boring machines
- Excavators
- Skid steers
- Trenchers
- Support crew members on active job sites
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing)
- Team-oriented attitude
Requirements:
- Valid CDL or ability to obtain a CDL
