The Dreamline Coach is responsible for creating meaningful and supportive relationships with scholars while helping foster a safe, engaging, and growth-centered environment within programming spaces in DREAMLINE partner schools. Each Dreamline Coach works directly with a cohort of scholars to support their academic, social-emotional, and leadership development through culturally responsive coaching practices, expanded learning opportunities, mentorship, advocacy, and collaborative engagement with families, school staff, and community partners.

Maintain professional boundaries and appropriate conduct at all times
Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication skills
Model integrity, leadership, and positive decision-making
Uphold child safety standards and mandatory reporting responsibilities
Avoid prohibited one-on-one private interactions, including outside approved program structures
Contribute positively to DREAMLINE culture and team collaboration
Approach youth development work with empathy, accountability, flexibility, and consistency
Postsecondary education, certifications, or relevant professional training
Experience working in schools, after-school programs, athletics, mentoring, or youth-serving organizations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of trauma-informed care, restorative practices, or social-emotional learning, a plus
Experience with data collection, documentation, or youth development reporting systems, a plus
Ability to pass required background checks and district compliance requirements
