    About The Role:

    Lendmarq is searching for a detail-oriented & organized professional to support our team in our Servicing & Asset Management Department. This role involves managing the draw process, coordinating inspections, handling borrower communication, processing wires, and supporting reporting functions across the organization. This is a great opportunity for any candidate looking to further their knowledge of real estate lending while gaining exposure to loan operations & servicing functions in a collaborative environment.


    What You'll Do:

    • Assist in managing the construction draw pipeline, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process.
    • Act as a liaison for borrowers regarding draw inspections, handling communication via email and phone.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors to order inspections and provide updates on scheduling, draw status, and wire releases.
    • Process and submit draw requests in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Maintain reporting and status updates for completed draws and related activities.
    • Assist with reviewing inspection reports for draw approval (training will be provided; not an immediate requirement).
    • Accurately verify wire instructions and ensure proper execution of outgoing wires.
    • Prior experience in single-family or multi-family lending is a plus.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in construction lending, loan servicing, treasury operations, or a related field.
    • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Prior experience in Single Family and/or multi-family real estate lending preferred.
