This is a CONTINUOUS recruitment for an applicant POOL to fill Part-Time assignments on an as-needed basis. Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary

This position will support Drama Program events and productions through student and community engagement. Duties include maintaining the box office for multiple performance spaces, maintaining patron databases, and assisting with front-of-house activities. This position will require time in an office setting, box office setting, and lobby and front-of-house settings. This position will require some nights and weekends. The responsibilities described represent the primary responsibilities of the job. Other duties may be assigned as warranted by the Drama Program's front-of-house and audience engagement needs.

Potential for producing creative content, dependent on qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

Current or prior work experience in event and/or live theatre community engagement.

Must be familiar with event and/or theatre community-facing processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Assist with operating Drama Program Box Office.

Includes setting up events and productions in software programs, tracking and managing ticket sales, promoting ticket sales through Drama Program social media platforms and website, selling tickets during events and productions, and running attendance and box office reports.

Job Duty

Assist with community engagement for Drama program events and productions; Includes regular and timely maintenance of Drama Program's website, pushing content through Drama program's social media platforms, maintaining mailing and contact lists, organizing mailings, communicating events and productions with the College Relations Office, installing event-specific lobby displays, and assisting with receptions and recruiting events.
