Drain Technician
Pay: $20/hour (based on experience and performance) + overtime + performance-based increases

What You’ll Do
As a Drain Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and resolve residential drain issues while providing a professional and positive customer experience. You will work directly with homeowners, identify solutions, and help deliver high-quality service from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and repair drain problems accurately and efficiently
- Perform drain cleaning, troubleshooting, and service calls with professionalism
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers in their homes
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Complete work according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure jobs are completed correctly
- Continue developing technical and customer service skills through hands-on training
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of plumbing, drain, or related service experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and take initiative
- Comfortable working in hands-on environments
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with customers
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
- Accountability and consistency in performance

Compensation
- $20/hour training wage, based on experience and performance
- Earn up to 12% commission based on gross profit from completed eligible work
- Commission opportunities based on job performance and profitability
- Technicians who sell and complete their own installations have additional earning opportunities
