Responsibilities:

This position is an Auto Cad experienced Drafter Designer and will produce construction designs, plans, specifications, as-builts, and associated documents in order to assist in the construction, maintenance and integration of hospital facilities.

 

This position will utilize the CAFM (Computer Application Facility Management) program using Healthcare standards.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Qualifications:

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: 

• AA/AS Degree in Architectural/Construction/Engineering or related field or 4 years progressive responsibility in commercial construction, one year experience must be in using AutoCAD Version 11 or higher.
• Must have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office. IBM-Tririga software or comparable CAFM software a plus. Healthcare and BIM experience preferred. Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability required
